54 YEAR OLD JOSEPH CIESLAK SENIOR OF PITTSFIELD IS FREE ON $100,000 BAIL BUT HE’S STILL FACING SERIOUS CHARGES. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S BUREAU OF NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION SAYS THE MAN IS FACING CHARGES INCLUDING POSSESSION AND DELIVERY OF COCAINE FOR HIS ROLE IN COCAINE DRUG RING IN NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. 2 OTHERS FROM SPARTANSBURG WERE ALSO CHARGED IN THIS CASE.
IBERDOLA RENEWABLES OF OREGON HAD BEEN PLANNING TO PUT WINDMILLS BETWEEN LUTHERSBURG AND GRAMPIAN. HOWEVER, THE COMPANY SAYS DUE TO A ROUGH TIME FOR ENERGY PROJECT AND SEVERAL OTHER UNNAMED REASONS, THEY ARE PULLING OUT OF THEIR PLAN IN CLEARFIELD COUNTY. THEY WILL FOCUS ON THE 50 OTHER SITES THEY ALREADY HAVE OPERATING ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
