ACCORDING TO STATE POLICE, 39-YEAR-OLD RANDY PEACE JUNIOR, OF CORSICA, TOUCHED THE VICTIM IN AN INAPPROPRIATE MANNER ON 12 DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS. PEACE ALSO ALLEGEDLY SENT TEXT MESSAGES OF THE SAME MAKUP. HE REPORTEDLY CONFESSED TO THE ALLEGED INCIDENTS.
