The Elk County Humane Society reports recovering a

dog in the Chestnut Street area of St. Marys on Sunday January 15th.  The dog is a male pit bull type.  He is tan and white in color and is not wearing a colar.

A dog was also recovered in the River Road area of Caladonia and Weedville on Monday January 9th.

The dog is a female Terrier mix.  She is white in color.  She is not wearing a collar.
